One of Eco Sensa's most intrinsic philosophies is simple: if you stand behind the products we sell, we will, too.
Every product we sold is brand new and covered by the factory warranty(please see your product documentation for product-specific warranty information).
Customers will contact Eco Sensa at
james@eco-sensa.com for warranty service by providing their warranty card number, and a valid purchase invoice or receipt from Eco Sensa.
Note a Eco Sensa order number or purchase receipt is required for all warranty service.
Warranty terms:
- Removal and/or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on a product will void all warranty
- All products must be returned in the originally sold condition. Products received by Eco Sensa for replacement that include 3rd-party attachments will be returned to the address on the package.
- There must be no physical damage to any component that is caused by:
- inadequate or improper repairs carried out by any person or entity which is not authorized by the manufacturer to perform warranty service on its behalf
- negligence, accidents, modifications, defective installation or misuse and use of inappropriate spare parts
- Damage caused by battery leakage
- Failure or damage caused by fire, drops, or unauthorized modification or reconstruction
- Without valid product warranty card, purchase invoice or receipt
